Vivo is getting ready to launch the Vivo X100 series, which will include the Vivo X100 and the Vivo X100 Pro, in India. While the X100 Pro is anticipated to only be offered with 16GB RAM/512GB storage, the X100 could have either 12GB RAM/256GB or 16GB RAM/512GB options. A 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a brightness of 3,000 nits is expected to be included in both versions. Regarding the camera specifications, both phones will have three cameras. Vivo's proprietary 6nm V3 imaging chip is expected to power the X100 Pro's three primary cameras—a 50MP sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a periscope 100mm zoom lens. However, using the same V2 imaging chip as the X90 Pro, the X100 is anticipated to come with a 50MP wide-angle lens, a 70mm zoom lens with a 64MP sensor, and a 15mm ultrawide lens. It is also expected that the 32MP front camera on both phones would be used for taking selfies.

In an article published last year, India Today discovered a leak that may have included information about the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro's Indian pricing. According to the information, the 12 GB RAM/256 GB model of the X100 would cost ₹63,999, while the 16 GB RAM/512 GB model might cost ₹69,999. In the meantime, the X100 Pro may cost ₹89,999 and is anticipated to have 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The research also stated that it is crucial to remember that these numbers indicate the Minimum Order Price (MOP) for retailers, suggesting that profit margins may lead to a higher Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
